Robert Wolf joined the Galen executive team in October of 2013 as the Campus President for the Tampa Bay Campus of Galen College of Nursing. In this capacity, he serves as the CEO of the Campus and leads a talented and diverse staff in the day-to-day operation of the campus. Mr. Wolf brings to this position a variety of experiences that will bode well for the development of this Campus. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Hillsborough Community College (HCC) in Tampa where he not only served as the second highest ranking official at the college, but also served in previous years as the Vice President for Business Affairs, as well as a campus president for two of their five campuses. Prior to his experience at HCC, he had extensive executive leadership experience at a community college in New York as its Vice President for Administration, a stint in state government in Maryland, and executive experience at Towson University and the University of Maryland. He has served as an adjunct professor at two colleges during his career.
Mr. Wolf has been active on various Boards within the Tampa Bay community, such as the Tampa Bay History Center, the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance, the MacDill Air Force Base Education Council, and the Tampa Bay History Center Foundation. In addition, he is an Honorary Commander at MacDill Air Force Base, a Tampa Bay CEO Council member, a CareerSource Workforce Solutions Committee member, and a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Clearwater Chamber of Commerce and Dade City Chamber of Commerce. He has led numerous economic development initiatives within the community and, at one time, chaired an eight county economic development effort through the Tampa Bay Partnership.
