Founded in 1989, Galen College of Nursing in Cincinnati, Ohio, is committed to offering
you the highest quality nursing education now. No prerequisite courses are required at Galen; everything you need to learn to become a nurse is included in our curriculum.
That means fewer hurdles for you.
In addition, Galen classes begin four times each year, not just once or twice. We strive
to help our applicants begin their journey as soon as they are ready.
Galen’s Cincinnati campus offers a two-year, Associate Degree in Nursing program, as well as an Advanced Standing program that helps Licensed Practical Nurses transition to Registered Nursing. LPNs bridging to their Associate Degree also have the option to take much of their coursework online.
Nursing education is Galen’s sole focus; therefore, all programs and faculty are dedicated solely to fostering the development of compassionate, competent, nursing professionals.
